Called and was able to get an inspection booked for the next day. Price is reasonable, got report the next morning, however do wish the report was more detailed. Was able to accompany the inspector and get immediate feedback on the property which was great. A lot more photos were taken than was actually included in the report, would've liked to see some of the photos I was shown in person in the actual report.

Quick and responsive team. Did our inspection the next day and got detailed report before 24 hours. Report was very detailed with photo evidence. Recommended. For honesty, this review is written for a gift card they are offering. However they did not ask to write a positive review, they simply asked to give a review and I would have given same review even without the gift card regardless.

We found iSPECT on Google, and spoke to Manisha in their office who quickly arranged Manuel to inspect the apartment we wanted to bid on at auction. We received the report within a few hours of the inspection. Reasonable price, but can't fault the service. I give iSPECT 5 Stars out of 5

I have used APBI new home construction inspections twice and I am satisfied with the results. Reports were very helpful to me as well as with the builder as a reference. The detailed reports were easy to understand and the photos were accurate and clear. Schedules were on time and inspectors are very helpful if you have queries. After getting frustrated with another inspection group, I called apbi and hoping I can get some help/support. It was the wisest decision I have ever made. They worked in an efficient way - did not take long to get connected and book the appointment. The staff talked in a very professional way and very patient. They looked after this job well by contacting the agent to confirm date and time. On the day, the inspector / Mr Glyn Jones came on time, which showed his professional working attitude. He answered all my questions in a patient way with all details. He did a full check on the property, not missing a corner. The report he created is comprehensive and easy to read. We had Glyn come out and do a building and pest inspection report and he did an excellent and thorough job. He identified major to even the most minor defects and provided a comprehensive report and was available to answer some additional questions that I had. I sourced this building inspector after a friend built the same home and had a number of serious issues with the build. When initially speaking with them, they provided good pricing and were easy to communicate with. I arranged for a four site inspection for a new build. The building inspector was thorough and brought to my attention a number of issues that could have cause problems if not located. I recommended Apbi to a friend as well and she had nothing but, praise for them. I would highly recommend them!
